Schedule : Per Diem

Shift : Night Shift 7PM-7AM 12 Hour Shifts, Weekend Shift Rotation Required

\n \n\n \n

Location : Must be flexible to float as needed to the following AdventHealth locations : Winter Park, Celebration, Altamonte and Orlando (Winter Garden location to be opened soon)

• RNs in the Womens Float Pool will float to various OB units as needed at any of these locations : Winter Park, Celebration, Altamonte and Orlando

The Regional Inpatient Float Pool offers employees the opportunity to experience different Critical Care Units of Multiple specialties while serving various communities in the Greater Orlando area.

The role you'll contribute :

\n \n\n \n

The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
