EBMS Program Manager
CBRE is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Construction Management & Enterprise Building Management Systems (EBMS) to support our client's Global Realty Building Design & Engineering. The candidate will be responsible for managing several workstreams to improve BMS Delivery and align with our business justifications. The candidate will engage with stakeholders across multiple regions and across multiple time zones. The role will be based in North America and will need to work in central time zone. The role will occasionally need to participate in European time zones. Remote candidates will be considered.
The candidate will need to have a completed bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering (required) and >
7 years' experience in Building Management Systems. Proficiency with project / program management tracking software (e.g. SmartSheets, Asana, QuickSight (Power BI), MS Project, etc) is required. Strong competency with time management, organization, and attention to detail is also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Experience with construction specifications : strong emphasis on Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26 is required.
Preferred qualifications include 15 years' experience in Construction, Engineering / Consultant Engineering or Facilities, completed bachelor's in electrical engineering or Controls Engineering from an accredited university, advanced degree in controls engineering or electrical engineering, PMP Certification or Six Sigma Certification, experience managing projects across multiple time zones and culture, experience with remote team management and coordination, strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, strong time management and organization skill.

The role will include the following, but not limited to : NA + LATAM Operations, Adoption & Deployment across all business units. Update weekly EBMS Retrofit Portfolio, NC Portfolio, Asana workflows, Asana narrative updates, Smartsheet Construction Schedule Gantts, Program Cost Controls (PCC). Assist on MBRs to stakeholders, assist on annual "EBMS Summit", assist on EBMS white papers (WP), assist on Energy Rebate Applications, assist on Green Lease Program applications, assist on NA + LATAM EBMS Operations, Adoption & Deployment (OAD), assist on daily BMS SIM intakes to triage, EBMS Construction Managers shall oversee New Construction installations of EBMS as a "program", be the EBMS technical SME to assist Amazon's General Construction Manager, ensure CBRE SFM is engaged early enough to finish BMS launch on-time, intervene to remove roadblocks / escalations during BMS delivery process, engage with site operation leaders, Amazon's MSI & RME partner teams to set up ECM-1, 2, 3, 100% EBMS Construction Management on EBMS Retrofit Programs, verify that ECM-1, 2, 3 are set up on every new EBMS launch, verify every new EBMS retrofit launch is delivered : on-time, on or under budget, ECM-1, 2, 3 are set up, configured, assigned & operating properly at handoff to site / RME, assist in cross training any new EBMS construction managers.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
