We're looking for a driven PA to join our expanding inpatient care team and help us elevate patient outcomes in communities across California . Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Type : Full-Time
Work Hours : Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Initiate and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Assist with or perform bedside procedures as appropriate to the specialty and scope
- Partner closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and specialists
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Facilitate admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with hospital policies
Requirements
Master’s Degree from an accredited PA programCurrent NCCPA certificationCalifornia State licensure (or eligibility to obtain)BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)1–3 years of experience in a hospital or acute care settingStrong clinical judgment, adaptability, and team collaboration skillsPassion for continuous learning and patient advocacyBenefits
