Neonatology Physician

Locum Pediatric Neonatologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Dillsboro, NC. NC license preferred.

• Call only.
• Call Type : Beeper.
• Practice Setting : InPatient.
• Level 2 nursery.
• Does Provider need to be Board Certified : Yes.
• Are Temp Privileges Available : Yes.
• Do you only want to see CV's with an Active License : Yes.
• Coverage Type : IP rounding and Call only.
• How many Patients will Locum see per day : Depends on labor / delivery-average 3 newborns-possible 3 inpatients at this point. Can be up to 6.
• Is there rounding : Yes.
• Avg patients they round on : All newborns / NICU.
• How many calls do they get while on call : Up to 7.
• How many hours does it take to Round : 2 - 4.
• How many times do they get called back in a 24 hr shift : 2 - 4.
• EMR system in clinic and Hospital Paragon.
• Is there support staff : Hospital staff and Market Director, Manager and Practice Manager will be available.
• Clean Malpractice / NPDB .
• Active NC license.
• Licensed in NC only.
• Certification Required : NRP.
• Fellowship : Preferred.
• Credentialing : 30 - 60 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
