Senior Manager, Ad Partner Management Independent Agencies

The Senior Manager, Ad Partner Management Independent Agencies, will lead a team dedicated to driving that growth through proactive outreach, scaled education, strategic enablement, and ongoing relationship management with Independent Agencies of all sizes and specialties. What you'll do...

Lead Independent Agency Strategy & Growth

  • Set the vision, strategy, and operating plan for WMC's Self-Service Independent Agency program, ensuring robust engagement across new, existing, and lapsed Independent agencies.
  • Identify high-potential agency cohorts, regional clusters, and vertical opportunities to accelerate Walmart Connect adoption.

Drive Scaled Education & Evangelization

  • Build and implement scalable frameworks to educate agencies on WMC value props, activation best practices, campaign optimization, and product roadmap awareness.
  • Design repeatable playbooks, office hours, webinars, and self-serve learning modules that elevate agency performance and confidence.
  • Accelerate Activation & Incremental Investment

  • Oversee proactive outreach to Independent Agencies to drive onboarding, stimulate repeat investment, and expand usage of self-service tools.
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure agencies have the materials, insights, and training needed to grow.
  • Manage a High-Performing Team

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Managers and Specialists focused on scaled account management, education, and activation.
  • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive accountability and consistent growth across the portfolio.
  • Enhance Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Measurement to relay agency feedback, influence roadmaps, and shape the future of self-service tools.
  • Partner with internal data and analytics resources to track adoption trends, identify whitespace, and measure program impact.
  • Represent WMC Within the Independent Agency Ecosystem

  • Develop strong relationships with agency owners, media directors, and platform leads to position WMC as a trusted, strategic partner.
  • Attend industry events, represent WMC at Independent Agency conferences, and help expand our presence within this growing network.

    Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279 : The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
