We are actively looking to hire a Director of Social Work to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Watertown, MA!

Responsibilities Include:

-Establishing and upholding overall facility policies and goals in connection to the Social Services Department.

-Performing assessments, care planning, and over viewing resident satisfaction.

-Ensure that Social Services Department is running efficiently, and according to all guidelines, laws, and regulations.

Requirements:

-Must have previous management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, or general Senior Care setting.

-Should have a Master's in Social Work.

-Several years of experience in Social Work, as well as Management experience.

-Prior SNF experience.

-Should have exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills.

-Must be capable and comfortable with working closely with a team, and taking charge on a regular basis.

-Should have extensive knowledge of guidelines and regulations within the area of Social Services.
