With 100+ locations and over 400 OB / GYNs and specialists across the country, Women's Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.

As a key member of our Provider Recruitment team, the Provider Recruiter plays a crucial role in identifying top Physician talent for OBGYN and OBGYN sub-specialties, pathology, as well as Advanced Practice Providers.

The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to candidate recommendations and salary negotiations. Additionally, the ideal Provider Recruiter candidate is a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with hiring managers and has a passion for making a difference in healthcare.

Responsibilities :

• Market the organization effectively to prospective candidates, emphasizing team environment, benefits, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with all departments involved in provider recruitment to ensure integrity and efficacy.
• Source applicants from various channels such as online databases, digital media platforms, and recruitment conferences.
• Maintain provider recruitment database for accuracy and organization of candidate information.
• Pre-screen candidates by phone to assess qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and negotiate offers successfully within defined parameters.
• Manage new hire documents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Represent the organization at conferences, job fairs, and residency events to establish rapport with potential candidates.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal providers and operations to understand recruitment needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective ad campaigns.
• Travel to existing practices to understand recruitment needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate and embody the Women's Care mission and core values.
• Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
