Your Role as a Physical Therapist :

As a Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) in Home Health, you will :

  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop effective therapy plans.
  • Monitor and report patient responses to treatment and any changes in their condition.
  • Implement interventions to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain maximum functioning.
  • Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about the plan of care and progress toward goals.

    • Licensure Requirements :

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
