• Call only coverage with 30-minute response time required
• 20 - 35 patient visits per shift with 2 - 3 new consults
• 4-bed dialysis unit with ED call responsibilities
• Rounding required for assigned patients
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
