Job descriptionLead & Empower : Coach and inspire your team to hit performance and service goals. Business-to-Business : Handling corporate accounts and Strategic Partnerships Drive Excellence : Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and process adherence. Be the Voice of the Customer : Engage directly with clients, manage escalations, and ensure top-tier service. Collaborate & Innovate : Work with leadership to implement process improvements and boost team performance.
