IT Analyst

A company is looking for an IT Analyst to support and optimize IT systems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Participate in system upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements to enterprise applications

Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement IT solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on IT support experience in an enterprise environment

Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software applications

Experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and user support

Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
