Owner’s Rep | Real Estate Developer | Miami | Up to $180,000

The Client :

A growing Miami-based real estate developer with a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Florida, and over $1B in assets under management.

The Projects :

Their current pipeline includes multiple mid-rise multifamily developments across the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area, totaling more than 1,200 units.

The Role :

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Owner’s Representative to oversee multiple projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing mid to high-rise projects with real estate developers in SE FL.
