We are awell established low voltage security and fire alarm company seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated Alarm Technician to install and service a variety of commercial low voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire alarm, access control, IP camera, security systems, and data cabling installations, with a commitment to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :
Install and service mostly security and fire alarm systems, IP cameras, and eventually access control systems.
Ensure that all installations and services are performed in accordance with industry standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.
Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose and repair system issues efficiently.
Close work orders for billing on work orders on cloud based software.
Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing clear updates on project progress.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the low voltage systems field.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fire alarm, access control, IP camera, security systems, and data cabling installations.
Strong understanding of industry standards, local codes, and best practices related to low voltage systems installation and service.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Clean background and ability to pass a background check.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
NICET III not required but will be highly regarded.
