Order Processing Coordinator

Toolcraft Machining, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Processing Coordinator to join our team, at our facility in Germantown, WI. As the Order Processing Coordinator, this individual will support the Sales Account managers, processing incoming customer orders, conducting contract reviews, and updating delivery dates.

• Essential Job Responsibilities :

Process incoming customer orders.

Conduct contract reviews.

Order entry.

Maintain up to date delivery dates.

Provide daily support to the Sales Account Managers.

Develop and Identify areas of improvement

• Preferred Job Qualifications :

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

2+ years of Order Processing experience, ideally in CNC machining or manufacturing.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Strong organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Fast learner, resourceful and go-getter attitude.
