Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
managing an existing book of business while working directly under the guidance of two senior-level advisors. This is a
unique opportunity to gain valuable mentorship, build relationships with established clients, and grow within a collaborative
and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and service an existing portfolio of clients
- Support senior advisors in client meetings and follow-up
- Assist in developing customized financial plans and investment strategies
- Conduct ongoing account reviews and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
- Prepare reports, presentations, and relevant documentation for client meetings
- Stay current on market trends, products, and regulatory changes
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldFINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses3+ years of relevant experience in financial services preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, with excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with financial planning tools is a plusWhat We Offer :
