As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as they arise, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding incidents, hazards, or concerns identified during shifts. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific policies. Maintain accurate and timely written reports and logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. A valid guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
