We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty : Primary Care

Work Setting : Outpatient Clinic

Schedule : 0800 - 1700 weekdays + 60-minute lunch

Patient Volume : 8-10 / day

Ages Seen : All ages

Types of Cases : Standard primary care

Specialties and Staff on Site : Family Practice, Pediatrician, RN, LPN

Credentialing : 4 weeks

Requirements :

• Licensure : Any State License and Active DEA
• Required Certifications : BLS, ACLS
• Board Certification : NP Certified
