The ideal candidate is a Board Certified CRNA - practicing providers and new grads are welcome to apply.

• Base Salary of $320k
• Schedule : 2 weeks on, 1 week off
• 1 : 4 Call Schedule
• Incentive and relocation bonuses
• Extensive benefits package including retirement
