What You’ll Do

As a UKG Integration Consultant specializing, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of seamless integrations between UKG systems, healthcare applications, and other enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, develop robust integration solutions, and ensure secure and reliable data flows. Your role will also involve providing technical guidance and best practices, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the continuous improvement of our integration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration projects, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and testing.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure integrations using Dell Boomi and related tools.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and technical teams to define integration architecture and develop detailed technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain reusable integration components, templates, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues post-implementation.
• Conduct integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
• Document integration processes, workflows, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with Dell Boomi updates, healthcare IT standards, and industry best practices to continuously enhance integration quality and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and clients on integration tools and methodologies.
