Position Overview

The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and validation of suspension and steering components for automotive programs. This role requires strong technical expertise in CAD modeling, casting design principles, and chassis systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet performance, cost, manufacturability, and timing requirements. The engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including test engineers, suppliers, manufacturing, and program management-to ensure successful product development and launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development

Lead the design of suspension and steering components, including cast, forged, and machined parts.

Collaborate with test engineers to analyze performance test results and validate component integrity.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with program objectives.

Manage multiple projects in parallel while balancing priorities and meeting aggressive development schedules.
