UNC Family Medicine at Pikeville, part of the UNC Health Wayne system, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine or Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. Pikeville, NC, located just north of Goldsboro and one hour east of Raleigh, offers a welcoming community, affordable living, and easy access to both the coast and the Triangle.

Position Highlights :

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a family medicine setting
• Conduct routine health maintenance visits, physical exams, and preventive screenings
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses within the scope of primary care
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to deliver team-based, patient-centered care
• Participate in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health initiatives
• Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends required
