Job descriptionSeeking FT Radiologis in OregonSpecialty : Diagnostic Radiology (TELE)Position : Remote reader for ED coverage - if no ED cases are coming in they will read from the list of inpatient exams (solo coverage - other rads are in the IR suite) They are a teaching hospital, so there are residents that may overscan. CT machine that is 100% dedicated to the ERSchedule : All of January open (nights, including weekends)Ongoing / long term need, client is not interested in credentialing someone for a short term commitment. Client strives to integrate locums providers into the team in a way that mirrors being an employee. Model is centered around ongoing, long term assignments - as long as there is mutual trust and availability. Several current locums have been with them over 3 years. Client places high value on continuity of care and building strong relationships in the community and with referring providersHours : 12p-8p PST (can also work 12p-9p and take an hour break), weekend hours 7a-7p -Volume : Ideally 60-65 reads per shiftCases : Mix of PF, CT and US (Only MRIs are emergent brain exams)Turnaround Time : 30 min for ER examsWork Stations : Site providesPACs : SectraVR : FluencyBoard : ABRFellowship : not requiredTrauma Level : IIIYears of Experience : No minimum (they will have to provide previous 24 months of case logs for credentialing)License : Client will license if they don't have one (Oregon).Credentialing : 2-3 months depending on amount of lic and affiliations to verifyStart Date 1 / 1 / 2026Age 65 and older hospital bylaws require a physical / mental competency exam
