JOB SUMMARY The Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery is responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. This role involves monitoring maternal and fetal health, assisting with childbirth procedures, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment for families.\n\nResponsibilities : \nMonitor vital signs and fetal heart rates during labor.^Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.^Assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures.^Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.^Document patient care accurately and timely.^Maintain a sterile and safe environment in the delivery room.^Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
