Pay Information

$375 to $400 per hour

About The Position

Practice Setting :    Outpatient-Hospital setting

Reason for Coverage : Retired and PRN unable to cover

Dates of Coverage : Flexible, 1 week per month starting mid August.

Schedule (Shifts and Hours) : 0800-1700, last patient @ 1630 or 0800-1630, last patient @ 1600

What Percent of the Practice is Adult :   100%

What Percent of the Practice is Outpatient : 99%

What Percent of the Practice is Inpatient :    Less than 1%

Average Number of Office / Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day : 10-16

Will Other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment? No

Lab Onsite? Yes

X-Ray Onsite?  Yes

Office Ancillary Staff :   6 Neurodiagnostic colleagues- 2 of them are registered EEG.

Documentation System / EMR :   Epic

Facility will reimburse full travel if needed

Required Neurology Procedures :

  • EMG
  • Evoked Potentials

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified / board Eligible -  REQUIRED
  • Active IN License at time of submission, or IMLC -  REQUIRED
  • Active BLS -  REQUIRED
