Position : Maint Mechanic II HVAC-R LMC (this role is a member of a collective bargaining unit)

Shift : Evening shift with rotating weekend commitment

Experience :

1. Minimum of 5 years recent experience as Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Mechanic required, preferably in a healthcare setting.

2. Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties required.

3. Ability to accurately review and interpret blueprints and diagrams required.

Education :

Graduate of an accredited trade school in the Air Conditioning / Refrigeration field required OR minimum of five years

Licensures / Certifications :

1. EPA Refrigerant Certification Type I and Type II required.

2. Formal HVAC / R Education and certification required.

3. Valid Pennsylvania Driver
