Maintenance Electrical Supervisor - Decatur, IL This is an exempt level position. Position Summary The ADM West Plant Refinery is seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Electrical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and reliability of the electrical and instrumentation systems within the West Refinery. They will be involved in the day-to-day operational and maintenance activities of the Refinery. This position will report to the Electrical and Instrumentation Superintendent and will lead both hourly and contracted teams. Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day to day operations and Emergency work orders for the ADM E / I team
• Propose and manage projects and ideas that improve the safety, reliability, cost, and energy use at ADM facilities
• Manage contractors to ensure they maintain a safe workplace, good construction quality, and construction efficiency
• Help advise project engineers and contractors regarding electrical installations
• Mentor colleagues in new technology and electrical safety as required
• Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, and replacement parts
• Conduct and or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use.
• Ensure that complete equipment service records are maintained
• Understands their role in electrical safety and quality systems, actively participates in electrical safety efforts, and ensures all activities conform to pertinent code rules, industry best practices, and the ADM Electrical Safety Program.
• Responsible for utilizing the Performance Excellence process

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between :

$58,100.00 - $108,000.00
