Your new role
- Respond to tenant inquiries and manage work orders through to completion
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on service delivery
- Assist with monthly and quarterly property activity reports
- Prepare tenant notices for projects, meetings, and events
- Track and manage budgeted projects with the maintenance team
- Conduct property inspections and vendor site walks
- Assist in the bidding process and vendor selection
- Maintain daily property management tracker and documentation
- Support onboarding of new tenants and conduct final walk-throughs
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Property ManagementStrong administrative, organizational, and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and communicate effectively with various stakeholdersExperience with institutional financial reporting and CAMFamiliarity with MRI, JDEdwards, Yardi, and Kardin software preferredWhat you'll get in return
