Concrete Worker - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Concrete Carpenters for a project in Lakewood, WA.

This role requires experience in tying rebar, building Symons formwork, and placing, finishing, and pouring concrete. Must be proficient in all facets of concrete construction and demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install Symons form systems for tank ring walls and other structures
• Tie rebar according to structural plans and spacing requirements
• Pour, level, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques
• Strip forms safely and efficiently after concrete has cured
• Operate power tools and equipment relevant to concrete carpentry
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other crew members to meet project deadlines

Pay rate is $68.19 (fringe included) plus Per Diem : $90 / day for all 7 days if full schedule is worked. Schedule : Mon - Sat, 70h / week.
