About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist / Manager who will be responsible for driving our brand presence across social media channels and managing retail media advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel). This is a hybrid role where you will split your time between creative content / social growth (50%) and paid media execution & optimization (50%).

This position is ideal for someone with both creative storytelling skills and performance-driven advertising experience in the e-commerce / retail media space.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media (50%)

  • Develop and execute content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn (depending on brand focus).
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, reach) and optimize campaigns.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and creative best practices.

Retail Media Ads (50%)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Target Roundel .
  • Conduct keyword research, bid management, and A / B testing for product ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Provide insights and reports to marketing leadership to guide budget allocation and growth strategy.

    • Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or retail media advertising .
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect and / or Target Roundel .
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and ability to create engaging content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience in consumer goods / e-commerce / retail brands .
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or affiliate programs .
  • Creative design / video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
