Job descriptionRespond to emergency service calls for water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration. Perform tasks like water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleaning to restore properties. Communicate effectively with customers, crew chiefs, and management to ensure top-notch service. Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites with a clean, professional appearance. Participate in ongoing training and pursue certifications. A team player with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions ( lifting 50+lbs, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces). Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks. Availability for on-call shifts, including some nights and weekends. No experience is required - we provide hands-on training for the right candidate! Physical ability to handle demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working in confined spaces). Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry. Flexibility for on-call and overtime hours when needed.
