Investment Analyst

Job Description

Hirewell has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Real Estate Investment Analyst with a national real estate investment management firm in Orlando, FL.

This individual will lead financial and investment analysis for their mixed commercial portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and residential assets. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related experience and proficiency in Argus.

Responsibilities include :

• Support the VP of Asset Management with investment analysis and financial modeling.
• Analyze operating and financial reports.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reports.
• Coordinate preparation of property business plans and annual operating budgets with property managers.
• Prepare cash flow models to analyze portfolio performance, property valuation, and lease economics.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects, tenant improvement projects, major repairs, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate activities of outside consultants and analyze reports including appraisals, environmental, and insurance.
• Provide due diligence support for acquisitions and dispositions.
