Pediatric Gastroenterologist

Provides specialized medical and surgical care to Boys Town National Research Hospital patients and referral patients. Participates as a member of the multi-disciplinary clinic teams, delivering direct medical and surgical care.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :

• Provides direct pediatric gastroenterology care to hospital patients.
• Serves as a medical member of the multi-disciplinary evaluation and remediation team, focusing on children with digestive system issues at Boys Town National Research Hospital.
• Designs and conducts clinical or basic research projects in the area of specialty, aligned with the hospital's goals.
• Collaborates with hospital staff in clinical and research projects.
• Participates in educational programs for undergraduate, graduate, and continuing education in medicine, nursing, and allied health.
• Assists in developing program objectives, staffing, and project planning for medical initiatives.
• Undertakes special projects as directed by the hospital's Director.
