Delivering world-class technology support services within company standardsActing as first-line support for local employees and agentsLogging all IT engagements in the ticketing system for performance trackingTraveling occasionally within Westchester and ConnecticutTroubleshooting WiFi, network, cabling, hardware / software, printers, and AV systemsQualifications :
Minimum 2 years in end-user IT supportMust have a car for occasional travelExpertise in MacOS and Windows OSProficiency in Azure, M365, InTune, Entra, DefenderExperience with AV and conferencing tools like Zoom and Microsoft TeamsExceptional client-facing poise and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage deadlines and multitask under pressureStrong organizational and time management skillsDesired Skills :
3+ years of experience in IT supportCertification in relevant systemsAdvanced knowledge of AV technologyProficient in client relationship managementStrong communication skills
