Account Executive (AE)
Parker's mission is to increase the number of financially independent people. Parker is building the financial platform for the next generation of businesses. We offer dynamic credit, payments, and treasury infrastructure to fast-moving, high-growth companies.
We are looking to expand our headcount quickly to support the demand. Our investors include Solomon Hykes (founder of Docker), Paul Buchheit (founder of Gmail), Paul Graham (founder of Y Combinator), Robert Leshner (founder of compound.finance), and many more. We are a Series B company that has raised over $50M from top-tier fintech investors.
As an Account Executive (AE) at Parker, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cyclefrom discovery to closewhile ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and fostering long-term client relationships. You will also engage in outbound prospecting, manage your sales pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to help clients maximize their financial potential with Parker's solutions.
What You'll Do :
Sales & Account Management :
- Lead discovery calls to understand prospects' pain points and position Parker's value
- Guide customers through the application and onboarding process with clarity and care
- Foster long-term client relationships, helping them scale spend and usage with Parker
- Provide ongoing account support to ensure satisfaction and retention
Pipeline & Performance Management :
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring pipeline hygiene and transparencyLog key touchpoints, schedule timely follow-ups, and submit end-of-day sales recapsTrack metrics and continuously improve via call reviews and coaching with Sales LeadershipProactively generate new leads via :Referral networksLinkedIn + social media engagementStrategic cold and warm email outreachPartnerships and internal lead gen toolsWork alongside SDRs to keep a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesSuccess Looks Like :
