Location : Rochester VA Medical Clinic 260 Calkins Rd, Rochester, NY

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM No weekends or federal holidays

Contract : ASAP start April 2026

Opportunity Overview

Rochester VA Medical Clinic is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician to provide adult outpatient primary care to Veterans. Providers will manage routine exams, follow-ups, chronic disease management (hypertension, diabetes, COPD, etc.), preventive health screenings, and participate in interdisciplinary care teams using the PACT model.

Patient Load : patients per day

EMR : VA s CPRS system

Requirements : Active unrestricted license in any U.S. state, DEA, BLS / ACLS, VA credentialing clearance

Compensation : $130 / hr + travel and lodging covered (malpractice included)
