Key Responsibilities

Ensure a seamless onboarding process for caregivers in the Adult Foster Care program

Create and modify schedules using the scheduling application

Provide exceptional customer service and support for caregivers and patients

Required Qualifications

Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment

Motivated to assist patients and caregivers with service-related issues

Above average knowledge of technology applications (web, telephony, mobile)

Computer proficiency and strong typing skills

Flexibility to adapt as role responsibilities evolve
