Overall Purpose : Drive organizational success by supporting senior management through the development and execution of strategic initiatives, optimizing executive and marketing operations, and enhancing organizational efficiency. This role is responsible for designing and implementing business and marketing plans, conducting market and performance analyses, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high performance, customer engagement, and sustained sales growth. Additionally, the role will champion digital transformation, lead change management efforts, identify and mitigate risks, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to achieve measurable business outcomes and long-term organizational growth.

Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification may be required in some areas.
Our Principal Commercialization earns between $158,200 - $237,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
