Home Health Aides and CNAs

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs with experience for the Rockland / Norwell  area to assist with our senior client who is in need of support and companionship.

Shifts Available :

7-Days 12-hour day shifts and 12-hour overnight shifts.

Monday through Sunday

8am-8pm

8pm-8am

Here at Traditions Home Health Services, we provide continuity of care by providing the smallest team possible to assist our client in their own home. Please only apply if you are only interested in multiple days / shifts. Weekend availability is a plus!

Job Description :

Assist with the Activities of Living including personal care, incontinence care, skin integrity checks

Assist with keeping client's apartment clean and safe

Encourage walking, exercising while using contact guard, client is a fall risk

Engage your client in activities of the Facility or while in the room

Competently documenting shift activities  frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone

Home Health Aide and / or CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner

Requirements are as follows :

Home Health Aide Certification or CNA Certification

2+Years experience working with your Certification

Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, dedicated, team player, and skilled HHA / CNA

Dementia / Alzheimer care experience (minimum 2 years)

Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check

Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray

Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.

You must own a cell phone.
