Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global patient recruitment and retention strategy
Manage recruitment-related vendor activities and ensure quality delivery
Evaluate Key Performance Indicators to track recruitment strategy impact
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in patient recruitment / retention and clinical trials
Proficient understanding of ICH / GCP guidelines
Advanced experience with drug development enrollment scenarios
Experience managing third-party external service providers
Cross-functional understanding related to drug development
