As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities within hospitals and surgery centers. You will represent a portfolio of the highest-quality, most rigorously tested products in the industry.
You will also help drive growth of our expanded pain services portfolio, a differentiator that not only helps open doors but also plays a meaningful role in addressing the opioid crisis. Your work will make an impact on patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare community.
The Internal Sales Representative (ISR) plays a pivotal role in driving new business growth within an assigned territory. This position requires a “hunter” mentality with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills. The ISR identifies and develops new business opportunities through proactive outreach, manages a robust sales pipeline, and advances prospects through the full sales cycle. This individual is responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring positive customer experience, and collaborating closely with the ISR Supervisor to align sales targets and territory growth strategies.
