Job descriptionCompetitive hourly pay of $16.35. Numerous growth opportunities with a focus on promoting from within. No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. Possibility of additional hours based on your request. You can perform physical activities, including moving, bending, and standing, and are able to lift up to 50 lbs. You have reliable transportation for your commute. You possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, customers, and team members. You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on achieving results. You work well independently yet excel in collaborative team settings. You approach every task with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

As an In-Store Merchandising Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing retailer environments to meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will include :
- Building attractive displays and end caps that draw shoppers' attention.
- Resetting shelves with a focus on product rotation and optimization.
- Tracking inventory to ensure every sales opportunity is maximized for stores and suppliers.
