Job description

NorthBay Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB / GYN physician to join our growing womens health team in Napa / Solano County . We are committed to delivering exceptional care to the communities of Napa and Solano Counties and offer an opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Highlights

  • Position : OB / GYN Hospitalist (Full-time or Part-time)
  • Location : NorthBay Health - Napa / Solano County, California
  • Call Schedule : 24-hour in-house
  • Average Monthly Births : 135
  • EMR System : Cerner (moving to EPIC in 2026)
  • Team : Collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice professionals
  • Facility :

154-bed hospital

  • 8-bed labor unit
  • 13-bed postpartum unit
  • 16-bed Level 3 NICU
  • Hospital Highlights : Baby-Friendly designation, Level III NICU staffed with board-certified neonatologists

    • Position Benefits

  • Total Compensation Range : $259,000 - $480,000

    • Position Requirements

  • Education : Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Training : Completion of an accredited OB / GYN residency program
  • Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Licensure : Valid and active California medical license
  • Other Certifications : BLS and ACLS required; NRP preferred
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year preferred, though recent residency graduates are welcome
