About the Practice :
Medical Center in rural Northern California is looking for a Board Eligible / Board Certified OB / GYN to join a hospital-based clinic with no overhead as an employed Physician. The practice is staffed by dedicated and highly competent team players from fellow Physicians to a full support staff.
Details / Qualifications :
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology. NOT currently accepting J1 or H1 visas.
- Possess or eligible for a California State Medical License
- 1 FTE : 36 hours of scheduled clinical time including OR Surgery time.
- Minimum of 4 hours of administrative work per week
- Expected to share clinic / hospital patient call responsibilities as assigned.
- The base includes 5 days of Hospital Emergency Department call coverage per month.
- This is a hospital employed position.
- OBGYN would be working in our clinic and hospital as an employed physician.
- The current schedule is 1 : 3 call , with 4 days clinic / surgery
Compensation
Base salary : $330,000 - $350,000Call Pay : up to $90,000Quality Incentive : up to $8,000Total Annual Compensation : $428,000 - $448,000Sign on Bonus : $50,000Relocation Assistance : starting at $10,000CME StipendStudent Loan Repayment Assistance Available (PSLF eligible)Employee Benefits include :
