• Hybrid community-academic ("privademic") model
• World-class, integrative oncology program, caring for 50,000+ cancer patients annually
• Previously referring out 60+ patients / yr for BMT & Cell Therapy and now opening own BMT / CT program
• Lead a team of 4-5 transplant / cell therapy physicians (several of our Malignant Hematologists also ready to include BMT / CT in their practices)
• In-house genomic laboratory + access to cooperative group & early phase industry trials
• Anticipated split of 50% Administrative, 50% Clinical time
