Evaluate, diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment and patient care- Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans- Provide relationship-centered care, taking into account the patient's psychosocial and physical needs- Bilingual (SPAN) required- EMR = EPIC
