This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in office) in the Matthews, NC office.
Business Development Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective acquisition targets and business partners.
- Draft agendas, prepare meeting materials, and manage logistics for target-related meetings and events.
- Coordinate executive travel arrangements, conferences, and external events.
- Assist with professional social media presence (e.g., LinkedIn activity and content coordination).
Executive Support Responsibilities :
Manage a dynamic and complex executive calendar, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings and commitments.Track key deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups for prospect meetings and projects.Prepare the executive for meetings with briefings, background materials, and timely reminders.Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Administrative Management Responsibilities :
Manage executive email, correspondence, and confidential files with discretion.Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports.Provide project management support for special initiatives as assigned.Assist in general office support, including occasional reception coverage.Handle ad hoc tasks that support the efficiency and objectives of the Corporate Development team.Qualifications :
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essentialProficiency in Hubspot is highly preferred5+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally supporting C-suite or senior executivesAble to work overtime hours as neededSelf-motivated professional with proven independent judgment and decision makingHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Preferred Associates / Bachelor's degreeExceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear, professional correspondence and materialsAbility to learn firm-specific systems quicklyStrong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive informationResourceful problem-solver who can anticipate needs and proactively address challengesTeam player with the ability to work independently and act as a trusted ambassador for the executiveWhy Work for Aprio :
