    Join our dynamic team as the Director of Global Medical Capabilities, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our medical affairs strategy. You will lead the creation and alignment of the Global Medical Affairs Capabilities Plan, aligning it with our strategic goals and objectives. By collaborating closely with regional medical heads, you will develop and coordinate the implementation of impactful medical capabilities initiatives, ensuring the superior quality of medical resources and training materials.

    Your responsibilities will include developing compelling field medical content for external use, creating internal training materials, and leading the management of our publications and medical information teams. A strong commitment to ethical, regulatory, and scientific standards is paramount. Your strategic insight will drive the successful execution of all initiatives within the medical capabilities function.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in medical content development and a strong focus on immuno-oncology or immunology. A science or medical degree is required, with an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills, coupled with a results-oriented approach, are essential. We seek a self-motivated leader who excels in a challenging environment, adept at navigating obstacles to achieve success.
