Project Manager, Sr Project Engineer, Project Engineer, – Healthcare Construction

Lead the field execution of complex, high complex medical facilities, for research and hospital attention, from ground up, renovation and commissioning.

What You’ll Do :

– Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor performance, and field logistics.

– Partner with project leadership to execute healthcare builds on time and on budget.

What We’re Looking For :

– Proven superintendent experience on mid to large-scale or complex healthcare projects.

– Deep knowledge of MEP coordination, structural sequencing, and commissioning.

Core Build Scope : Sitework and structural concrete, deep foundations, structural steel and envelope installation with cleanroom-rated assemblies, critical MEP infrastructure, precision HVAC, interior build-out critical care spaces, equipment installation support, start-up, certification, and final commissioning.
