Who You Are :

Citian is seeking to hire a Technical Proposal Writer to assist in our pursuit of new clients within transportation and civil engineering. This individual will write proposals to RFPs and manage all aspects within the overall proposal lifecycle from development to delivery. The ideal candidate will 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, and proposal management experience as well as other writing content. The Technical Proposal Writer will assist in project management and ensuring Citian maximizes pursuits efforts.
