Our mission is to enable the field to engage customers in turning their vision into reality, activate the full value of the Microsoft platform at scale, and speed the delivery of inspiring, proven AI assets that drive measurable business outcomes. We do this by equipping field teams with the skills, capabilities, tools, guidance, and immersive experiences needed to lead customers confidently through their AI journey. In this role, you will scale learning and practice to the field as we activate what it means to help customers in their “Becoming Frontier” journey across the end-to-end platform.

Responsibilities

  • Engage : Turn Customer Vision into Reality – Design “apply-now” guides and learning resources that help field teams translate customer ambition into real-world action.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to surface best practices and success stories that inspire and inform.
  • Ensure enablement is grounded in customer problem statements and measurable outcomes.
  • Activate : Scale End-to-End Platform Value – Lead learning immersions and enablement campaigns with personalization to the region, acting as a close partner to and connector across WW Learning, Regional Sales Enablement & Operations Enablement teams, Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions Core Enablement teams, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Ground enablement strategy in Microsoft thought leadership and executive priorities.
  • Drive consistency and impact across segments and regions to measure the pace of adoption.
  • Speed to Market : Build Inspiring, Proven AI Assets – Package and distribute proven assets and demos that showcase frontier capabilities and accelerate adoption.
  • Track usage and feedback to continuously improve enablement effectiveness and reach.
  • Champion community-led innovation by spotlighting field-created content and success stories.
  • Other – Embody our culture and values.

Qualifications

Required / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years' experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years' experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to drive adoption at scale through resources, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Engineering, and Field teams.
  • Expertise in storytelling and enablement strategy, with strong communication skills to influence diverse stakeholders and navigate complex, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise enablement platforms and event rhythms, coupled with experience in measurement and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates growth mindset and agility, embracing rapid learning, early adoption of AI capabilities, and sharing insights to accelerate customer success.
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
